Our Mission

As a faith-based organization, we turn to Almighty God and strive to follow the example of doing God’s will. The Foundation is made up of hard working and kind –hearted people from all corners of the globe working in four continents. We build communities of people in far reaches of the world have opportunities for love and kindness, as well as the chance to gather in support of one another.

We share the message of our founder, St. Hatune Dogan, who dared to dream of a better world for the poor by putting their needs before the needs of those in higher social classes. In each new mission, we have established chapters to train and educate future missionaries of Love. We build community centers, teach health education, and promote non-violence, acceptance, and understanding through interfaith initiatives.

A Helping hand….!!!

As we expand our footprint into more cities around the world, we also take on the responsibility to care for the communities from which we draw our talent. We are committed to leveraging our financial, technical and intellectual resources to design and implement sustainable solutions that benefit the communities in which we operate.

Hatune Foundation believes there is an urgent need to develop skills and capabilities across marginalized sections of society as a pre-requisite for productive employment. We are therefore working together to find solutions to address the urgent need for “capability building for community future.”

Our Projects

The aim of Hatune Foundation is to increase livelihood options for women and adolescent girls from marginalized communities in rural areas and urban slums either through employment or self employment in the animation industry. As a part of the project, Hatune Foundation will undertake the role of consolidating, developing and validating a robust market-driven, competency-based curriculum for tailoring and embroidery skills, computer literacy courses, carpentry design industry.

It can be envisaged that such an initiative will help these young women to supplement their family income which in turn will enhance their status and autonomy within the family. More importantly, being economically productive will relieve these girls and their families.
